LAZAREFF LE BARS REPORTS ON UNVEILING OF ICC ANTI-CORRUPTION CLAUSE
Today Lazareff Le Bars reported on the unveiling of the International Chamber of Commerce’s (ICC) new model Anti-Corruption Clause. The blog commenting on the new rules can be found here. According to the ICC, the clause is part of its “commitment to supporting implementation of the United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC) and more active engagement with the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) Anti-Bribery Working Group.”
